Description

The client is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, filing documents, and assisting with special projects as needed.

The client is also looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will have strong typing skills and be able to accurately input data into the company's database. Duties will include verifying data for accuracy, updating records, and generating reports. The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity and completeness.

In addition, the client is in need of a Customer Service Representative to provide support to their clients. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and be able to handle a high volume of calls and emails. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. The Customer Service Representative will also assist with processing orders and maintaining customer accounts.
