Based in London, Hugo advises clients across a range of listed and private real estate and infrastructure related businesses including investment and asset managers, family business, occupiers, private equity, sovereign wealth and limited partner clients. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Hugo established and led the growth of the Real Estate practice at another leading international executive search firm. Earlier in his career, Hugo served in the British Armed Forces as an Officer and helicopter pilot in the Army Air Corps fulfilling a range of global operational, technical and strategic planning roles. Hugo received his BA in politics and modern history from the University of Manchester. He is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the Army Command and Staff College. He is bilingual in French and a dual British/French national.
