The client, a high-growth professional services firm in North America, is seeking a HRBP to join their team in Boston, MA. Reporting to the CHRO overseas, this role will involve collaborating with leadership to implement initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and cultural transformation. The HRBP will be responsible for supporting a diverse workforce, managing the full employee life-cycle, and providing guidance on employee relations matters.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with 5+ years of experience in talent/HR roles, including change management and organizational development. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. The HRBP will play a key role in driving improvements in employee engagement and retention, as well as ensuring alignment with the company's values and cultural vision.
In return for a competitive salary of $150,000 to $160,000, the HRBP will receive a performance-related bonus scheme, competitive benefits package, 401K plan with company contributions, medical insurance, and competitive PTO.
