Description

The HR Director position at the client involves leading a group-wide HR transformation at the executive level for a prominent Thai conglomerate. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the transformation of HR strategy across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This includes overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, change management initiatives, and cultivating a high-performance, agile culture. The role also involves ensuring HR policies and practices are compliant, competitive, and forward-thinking, as well as championing diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement across business units.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role. Experience in a conglomerate or multi-business environment is essential, and prior experience working with a Thai conglomerate is a strong plus. Strong understanding of Thai labor law and corporate governance is required, along with expertise in leading transformation, change management, and digital HR initiatives. The successful candidate must be a confident communicator with the ability to influence at the board level, be of Thai nationality, and have an excellent command of English.
