The client is seeking a Hotel General Manager for a new opening in Dubai (Ras Al-Khaimah). The General Manager will play a crucial role in the pre-opening phase by coordinating tasks and teams, overseeing recruitment and training, and implementing technological and management systems. They will also be responsible for organizing launch events, supervising the "soft opening" process, and ensuring a successful hotel launch.
Once the hotel is open, the General Manager will oversee all daily operations, including accommodations, dining, events, spa, and recreational activities. They will work to maintain quality standards and services in line with the hotel brand and manage the hotel's annual budget to maximize profitability. The General Manager will also be responsible for managing revenue, hiring and training a high-quality team, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting sustainable environmental practices within the hotel.
Additionally, the General Manager will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop commercial strategies, oversee relationships with VIP clients and strategic partners, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with regulations. They will focus on providing guests with a memorable and unparalleled experience, resolving any complaints or requests promptly, and fostering customer loyalty through exclusive programs and personalized services. The General Manager will also be encouraged to promote innovation within the hotel, both in technology and service offerings.
