The client is seeking a Hire Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The main responsibilities of this role include handling booking enquiries, scheduling entries into the system, providing technical advice and support to clients, and ensuring a smooth hire process. Strong communication skills and a technical aptitude are required, as the coordinator will need to work with multiple teams and the engineering department. Previous technical knowledge in post-production and editing systems, as well as experience in media bookings or rentals, would be beneficial. Recent graduates with relevant studies and a customer-focused approach are also encouraged to apply.
