This role involves managing the expanding Reward team and collaborating across the University to support and enhance reward structures, policies, and initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, analyse complex data, and ensure compliance with regulatory codes while providing advice on reward issues and delivering training sessions.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in reward strategy development and management, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices. They must have experience advising managers on reward-related matters and be able to motivate and lead staff effectively. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex issues and influence stakeholders. Experience in managing benefits provisions with a Total Reward approach and a background in reward management are also desired.
