The client is seeking a Head of Property to lead their estates and construction teams in Pembrokeshire. The role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio including schools, agricultural land, corporate offices, and public infrastructure. The focus is on strategic property and asset management, property development, and optimizing the estate to meet current and future needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large property portfolios, preferably in the public sector, and hold a recognized professional qualification such as membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
The Head of Property will be responsible for providing professional property advice to the client and delivering their Strategic Asset Management Plan. Candidates with a strong track record of delivering value from assets and capital programs are preferred, along with the ability to oversee major capital projects through the management of the Construction Services team. Holding RICS Registered Valuer status is highly desirable, or a commitment to attaining it following appointment. The role requires a blend of operational and strategic expertise to support service delivery, drive economic growth, and generate value from the client's property assets.
