Gwenael Quéré is a member of the firm's Board and CEO Advisory Partners and has over 18 years of international search experience. Based in London, she brings to the firm a wealth of experience in conducting chair, committee chair, non-executive director, and executive director searches across a wide range of industries. Gwenael joined Russell Reynolds Associates when The Zygos Partnership became part of the company in 2017. Prior to this role, she worked with another leading international search firm as a senior associate in their board practice, focusing on high-profile assignments for FTSE-listed companies. Before this role, she was an executive MBA Career Coach for London Business School in Dubai. Gwenael began her executive search career as a research associate for a large international search firm, working in Dubai and London. Her early career was in international economic development with DAI and the United Nations, and in-market research with Euromonitor International. Gwenael holds a BA, with Honors, in International Business from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Rennes, in France, and an MBA from Nottingham University Business School.
