Graham Kittle is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Sydney office and the country manager of Heidrick & Struggles Australia. He leads search engagements across consulting services, technology, digital, and big data for chief executive officers; chief information officers, chief technology officers, managing directors, group managing directors, chief digital officers, chief innovation officers, and customer experience officers. Graham brings current and relevant insight to these engagements that help secure leading talent to fit an often highly complex, multi-faceted business need.

Graham has more than 25 years of experience in IT services and consulting focusing mostly on consulting to senior executives in tier-1 banks and in the telecommunications industry. He has held a number of senior positions including vice president at NCR Teradata, director at PWC Consulting, managing director of Lexmark A/NZ, and partner and practice leader, IBM Global Business Services (GBS).
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Graham spent more than 20 years in technology and services leadership positions and consulting to senior executives, most recently assisting leaders to harness the many challenges and opportunities of disruptive technologies such as big data analytics, social media and cloud and mobile/digital innovation.
His experience includes partner/practice leader with IBM Global Business Services (GBS), responsible for the consulting teams covering disruptive technology programs including big data and digital; managing partner New Zealand for IBM GBS; managing director Australia and New Zealand for a leading imaging company; director at PwC Consulting and vice-president at NCR Teradata. His international experience includes assignments in the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand.
