Reporting to the CHRO, the successful candidate will manage a team of 10 in multiple international locations and collaborate with C-Suite leaders to drive transformation. Responsibilities include overseeing compensation, benefits, payroll, HR Operations, HRIS, and analytics to align with business objectives and improve operational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Operations leadership, with experience in establishing or evolving functions. They should be skilled in managing teams, guiding stakeholders through change, and integrating HR tech into core processes.
