He brings many years of experience in executive search, having successfully completed key assignments for C-level and senior management roles across technical, sales, IT, HR, finance, and administrative functions. More recently, his focus has expanded to include leadership positions tied to digital transformation and AI. Before his career in executive search, Frank spent more than 30 years in management positions with a strong emphasis on technology, business development, and finance, including over 11 years as a General Manager in the telecommunications and energy sectors. With his extensive background—particularly in telecom and energy—Frank has developed a deep understanding of diverse management roles and processes in both publicly listed and small to mid-sized companies. He places great importance on building long-term client relationships and maintains a wide network within the telecommunications and energy industries. Frank holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Engineering, as well as an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is fluent in German and English.
