Florence began her career in sales and marketing roles, notably in the pharmaceutical industry (GSK). She subsequently joined BNP where she held positions in branch management, as well as in marketing and recruitment. In 2011, after several years devoted to her four children, she returned to work. Her strong sense of service and analytical mind led her to provide individual and group coaching to executives seeking employment or starting their own businesses. Her positive approach, listening skills, and understanding are her greatest assets. Convinced that every new challenge is an opportunity for personal enrichment, she joined the Paris office of Exec Avenue in 2022 within our Paris office. The breadth of her experiences in France and internationally enhances her ability to discern and identify suitable candidates.
