Flora is a Consultant in the firm’s Consumer Practice in London, where she advises leading organizations on board and executive succession. Flora specializes in CEO, Executive Committee and Board-level appointments across the CPG and Consumer Multisite sectors, partnering with both established global multinationals and dynamic, privately-backed businesses. Prior to joining the firm, Flora was at another global search firm, where she focused on senior executive and Board-level searches across the Consumer sector, notably working within CPG, Consumer Multisite, and broader Business Services. Flora is known for her collaborative approach and for building trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike. Flora holds a BA in History of Art from the University of York.
