He played a key role in establishing their Düsseldorf office and operations, where he focused on middle management to senior director search assignments. In more recent years, he has been focused on executive director searches in the consumer goods and FMCG industry. Felix’s in-depth market network and candidate knowledge, particularly in commercial, finance, and HR functions, has made him a valuable asset to decision-makers and clients in both small and blue-chip companies within the FMCG industry. Felix’s time spent living and studying abroad sparked his interest and passion for working in a people-centered business environment, where building trust and fostering relationships is crucial. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from the University GIHE in Switzerland and a Master’s Degree in International Management from the University EBS in London.
