Fabrice Lebecq is a partner in the Heidrick & Struggles’ Brussels office and a member of the Industrial and the Supply Chain and Operations Officers practices. Fabrice has more than 25 years of international experience in chemicals, packaging, materials, ingredients, paints & coatings and broader process industries. A trusted advisor to C-suites and boards, Fabrice focuses on senior-level searches and leadership advisory engagements for both corporate and private equity clients across Europe. He serves a wide range of clients in the procurement, manufacturing & operations, supply chain, planning and logistics & distribution. He is also a recognized functional expert in R&D, innovation, marketing, business development, strategy and corporate development leadership roles. Fabrice joined Heidrick & Struggles from another leading executive search firm where he led its European chemicals, materials & packaging practice for seven years. Previously, he spent close to 20 years in the chemical industry at Dow Corning, Honeywell and DSM, working across Europe and the US in global roles of increasing scope. His direct work experience includes P&L management as well as R&D, corporate finance, strategy, marketing and business development & innovation leadership roles. Education: Fabrice holds a MSc in chemical engineering from the University of Liège in Belgium and an MBA from UCLA. He is fluent in French, English and Dutch.
