Evan C. Sharp advises leading organizations throughout the consumer sector. Based in Chicago, Evan has recruited and consulted for clients for a wide range of leadership challenges related to marketing, sales, business development, merchandising, strategy, operations and technology. He conducts searches for many different leadership roles, including at the board, C-suite, president, general management and executive levels. Evan’s consumer advisory works including both products and services, along with retail, leisure, hospitality and healthcare, among others. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Evan worked in management consulting and financial services, most recently at Accenture. There he advised technology and communications clients on their strategic and operational challenges. Prior to Accenture, Evan was in the Wealth Management Group at Goldman Sachs, where he analyzed the portfolios of high-net-worth clients. Evan earned a BSBA in finance and accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA with concentrations in management and organizations, entrepreneurship, and marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
