Euan Kenworthy is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Board & CEO Advisory Partners and the Industrial & Natural Resources sector. He leads the firm’s Infrastructure practice globally. Based in Singapore, Euan oversees operations in Southeast Asia. He partners client organizations on Board and CEO succession projects, executive searches and assessments. Euan has worked in the executive search industry for more than 15 years, spending time in London, Zurich and Singapore. He advises sovereign wealth, private equity and infrastructure funds in the recruitment and development of leadership teams and portfolio company Boards. He also supports Singapore headquartered clients in the development of high performing, inclusive Boards and executive leadership teams. He possesses deep expertise advising European and US clients as they expand operations throughout Asia and globally. Euan works closely with the firm’s Leadership & Succession practice, helping advise clients on CEO succession and the development of senior leaders. He has been heavily involved in a number of global M&A projects, leading the assessment and integration of management teams. Euan received his B.Sc (Honors) in Geography and Biology from the University of Exeter.
