As the Vice President of Leadership Development at Bryant Group, Emili Bennett has earned a reputation for transforming leadership strategies across higher education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from executives at elite universities to leaders at Fortune 150 companies like PepsiCo, Eli Lilly, Salesforce and Oracle. Emili’s work even extends to government entities, including the FBI and the US State Department, where she has helped these entities achieve greater effectiveness and societal impact.Before joining Bryant Group, Emili was trained as an executive coach and organizational development leader during Indiana University's $4B Bicentennial Campaign. She led career and professional development for over 760,000 alumni at the Indiana University Alumni Association, where she partnered with the executive team to shape talent strategies and foster engagement. In addition to her institutional roles, Emili founded her own executive coaching firm, guiding hundreds of leaders through the principles of positive psychology and authentic leadership.A respected keynote speaker, Emili regularly presents to CEOs, university presidents, and leaders from major corporations. Her expertise spans leadership development, employee engagement, change management, and organizational growth.Emili holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Development from Purdue.
