The client is seeking a Director for their Strategic Projects Office to lead the implementation of their Town House Strategy, focused on Future Skills education. The Director will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of strategic projects within budget and timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in stakeholder engagement, operational and strategic management, and negotiation abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading PMOs in complex environments, with expertise in policy adherence, risk frameworks, and compliance. They must also possess strong communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes. The Director will establish and provide ongoing assurance for a consistent way of working across the University, ensuring that every student acquires the necessary Future Skills critical to industry. Collaboration with external bodies for research and knowledge exchange impact is also a key aspect of this role.
