The client is seeking a Director of Resource Development and Engagement to expand philanthropic support and cultivate relationships within Miami's donor community. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this individual will develop strategies to increase revenue across various giving channels and play a key role in an $18 million Endowment Campaign. The Director will lead a team in implementing best practices in moves management, mentor frontline staff, and personally identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts at all levels. They must possess a deep understanding of the donor cycle, have experience working with high-level donors, and create a results-oriented work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of donors, foundations, and business leaders in Miami and be able to leverage existing relationships while building new ones. They should have experience in annual giving, major gifts, corporate and foundation giving, and planned giving. The Director will oversee the re-design and implementation of annual solicitation plans to grow membership in affinity groups and must have exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
