The client is seeking a Director for their Mother-Baby Unit in Moses Lake, Washington. This individual will be responsible for overseeing operations in a 15-bed Labor and Delivery Unit, working closely with a team of 30 FTEs. The Director will lead efforts to implement an auto-scheduling program, elevate the NICU to a Level 2 designation, and earn the Baby Friendly designation for the department. Collaboration with physicians to develop a team-based care model will be essential for enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships and manage personnel effectively.

Candidates for this role must have a BSN, with a Masters degree or MSN preferred, along with an active RN license and a minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience. The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $168,000 annually, with additional benefits such as health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses.
