With a consultative approach built on long-term relationships and candor, Daria specializes in executive search for C-suite, CEO succession, and board placements while helping clients navigate broader leadership challenges, including assessment, development, transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Daria led the Compliance and Risk practice at an international recruiting firm in Hong Kong.
