Experience Daniel has 15 years of experience across two tenures at another global search firm, where he specialized in tech as a sector and function. Between his two tenures, he was head of people and CHRO at Qliro Group, a Nordics OMX Nasdaq listed e-commerce group, overseeing talent across eleven e-commerce brands and was part of building a fintech company in payments. Since returning to search, he has led major digital transformation projects over the past seven years, working with global industrial, technology, and consumer companies. His recent placements include a chief digital and information officer at a Japanese automotive company, top digital leaders at several Swedish multinationals, CEOs, CCOs, and COOs for PE-backed Nordic tech and IT companies, and nonexecutive directors for large-cap listed digital consumer companies.
