Based in Melbourne, Australia as part of our Energy and Natural Resources practice, she brings over 20 years’ experience in management consulting, software engineering and executive coaching. She is skilled at navigating complex business ecosystems and relationships to discover and develop future-ready leaders. Damini joins Russell Reynolds from McKinsey & Company’s org performance and digital transformation practices, where she worked side by side with top teams across industries to design and execute sustainable, enterprise-wide transformations, including culture and capability building from the top teams to the frontlines. Prior to that, she held a variety of roles at National Australia Bank and Barclays Bank. Damini holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Cranfield University, a Masters of Information Systems from Melbourne University and a Bachelor of Science (majoring computer science and mathematics) from Monash University.
