With 15 years of experience in consulting and executive search in those sectors, Cyril has a proven track record acquired at Eric Salmon, other search firms and McKinsey & Company, where he served large global clients for 6 years. Cyril also has entrepreneurial experience as a founder of a tech-enabled talent development platform for young executives. Early in his career, Cyril worked at Renault and Nissan in purchasing, where he focused on developing the first common platforms between the two companies.
