Opportunity Details

The client in Watford is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service representative who is also fluent in an additional EU language. This role involves alternating between early shifts in the office and late shifts from home, with responsibilities including managing customer enquiries via phone or email, processing orders, sending and following up on quotations, and updating tickets/cases in the system for each customer enquiry. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively respond to queries, resolve complaints, raise credits and debits, and ensure timely communication with customers regarding deliveries.
Key responsibilities for this position include providing efficient and reliable customer service, managing customer orders from entry to billing, and handling queries related to orders and deliveries. The successful candidate will need to liaise with other departments, 3rd party warehouses, and supply chain partners to ensure deliveries are in line with customer expectations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for this role. Fluency in German and an additional EU language is required, along with the flexibility to work both from the office and remotely.
