Cristina joined Signium in 2024, with a specific focus on Executive Search projects. From 2018 to 2024, she was Practice Leader at EXS with a focus on the search and selection of Senior and Top Management levels. Major sectors include Infrastructure, Transportation, Public Services and Public Owned. She also conducted Mapping, Salary Benchmarks and Assessments (she is certified Thomas PPA and Teique). From 2011 to 2018, she worked at Intermedia Selection (Key2People) as Practice Leader in Central and Southern Italy for Middle and Senior Management Cross Sector projects with a strong specialization in Financial Services and Staff functions. From 2005 to 2011, she was dedicated to Search and Selection at major Private & Wealth Banking firms. Cristina started her professional career at Deloitte as a business organization consultant. From this experience she developed a strong and wide interest in Human Resources, which she explored through her first experience as a Recruiter at Michael Page. Cristina graduated with a degree in Economics from La Sapienza University of Rome. She is fluent in English and Italian.
