Lawyer from Chile's Catholic University, M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at the Adolfo Ibáñez University, Professional Coach from The Newfield Network. Prior to embarking on his executive search career, Cristian Duarte occupied various management positions such as Human Resources Director for Jumbo Hypermarkets and Cecinas San Jorge. He was also Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Hotel and Home Depot Chile. He has experience in Executive Coaching and teaching in various Universities (Desarrollo, Gabriela Mistral, Santa María). Cristian is former President of the Chilean Federation of Equestrian Sports and former Member of the Board in the National Olympic Committee. He was also National Director of BNE (National Employment Bank) of the Labour Ministry from 2019-2021. Cristian has been our Partner in Chile since 2002.
