Concha has worked at ESP since 2013, having been recently promoted to Associate after her success in managing the London office admin team and supporting our consultants. Before Eric Salmon & Partners Concha alternated between search and PA/EA positions in a career expanding over 25 years. She has been a PA/EA at Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Division and at Kredietbank Sa Luxembourgeoise London, Private Banking. She worked in recruitment setting up a bilingual secretarial desk at Drake International; and in search she worked briefly with LAI/TMP Worldwide and for 13 years at Sulger Buel & Company, mainly assisting in Banking, Wealth Management and Family Office placements. Concha studied PR & Advertising at Madrid’s Universidad Complutense and holds the Cambridge’ First Certificate and Certificate of Proficiency in English. Concha is Spanish.
