She specializes in conducting in-depth market research, building and nurturing talent pipelines, and delivering insights that help clients make informed leadership decisions. Known for her approachable and adaptable nature, she brings intellectual curiosity and rigor to every project. Before joining Acertitude, Clara was a consultant at Leadenhall Search & Selection, where she placed senior talent into top consulting firms across the US, UK, Europe, and MENA. There, she led end-to-end searches, from market mapping to final placement, and earned recognition for her ability to manage multiple high-impact projects with precision and care. Earlier experiences in venture capital and real estate advisory further sharpened her research and business development skills. Outside of work, Clara can often be found exploring London’s neighborhoods, cooking with friends, or planning her next trip. She also volunteers with The Willing Hearts Foundation when visiting Singapore, a soup kitchen serving homeless and marginalized communities — a cause close to her heart.
