About Mr. Bradley
Christopher Bradley works across the industrial sector advising clients on their leadership strategies. Based in Dubai, he advises energy, infrastructure, and aviation firms across the Middle East and Africa. He also leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ Oil & Gas Practice and is a member of the firm’s global Energy Practice, supporting clients with executive and board appointments. Chris leverages more than 25 years of experience working on business transformation and organizational change, as well as building and coaching high-performing teams.
Previously, Chris spent 16 years at Chevron in leadership positions in EMEA and the US, including General Manager Middle East. In that role, he oversaw the regional P&L, had operational leadership oversight, developed strategy, and led new business development. In parallel, as Country Chair of the UAE, he led engagements at ministerial level.
Chris also served as the lead director on several non-operated joint venture boards in Europe and the Middle East, partnering with energy companies in infrastructure and storage, lubricants, and fuels value chains. As a board director, Chris has advised on governance, operational excellence, and sustainable development. He began his career in London with British Airways.
Chris holds a BA in European business from the University of Portsmouth and a BA in management from KEDGE Business School. He is fluent in French.
