The Chief People Officer at our client will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance. They will need to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, while also leading initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention. The successful candidate will also be required to advise senior management on human capital trends and workforce planning.
Key responsibilities of the role include overseeing talent acquisition and management processes to attract top talent, designing succession planning strategies, implementing performance management systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling employee relations matters, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs, implementing learning and development programs, and overseeing HR operations and technology. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, at least 15 years of HR experience with 7 years in a leadership role, strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
