The client is seeking a Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) to join their team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CPCO will be responsible for leading the people services function and developing workforce plans in alignment with national and regional strategies. The ideal candidate will champion the organization's values, promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, and work collaboratively with partners to implement effective people and culture plans.
The client is looking for a strategic leader with experience at or near Board level, with a background in HR, OD, and Culture. The successful candidate will have a track record of driving workforce change and continuous improvement, as well as the ability to work across organizational boundaries to influence decisions and foster innovation. While NHS experience is not required, candidates should have experience interpreting national policy and leading the people and culture agenda in a complex multi-professional workforce setting.
