Our client is a leading provider of behavioral health and social services programs, special education nonpublic schools, and clinical practices trainings throughout the USA. With over 50 locations and $230M in total contracted funding, our client serves over 40,000 adults, children, and families through 85 programs and 27 inpatient/crisis/residential facilities. The Vice President and Chief Operating Officer will manage the overall operation of our client's facilities and programs, working with the CEO and executive team to set performance goals and develop strategies for company growth and financial results. This leader will also represent our client to governmental agencies, provider associations, the Board of Directors, and the community.
Key selection criteria for this position include five+ years of executive level healthcare management experience, strategic thinking, financial management skills, and knowledge of federal, state, and local policies related to behavioral healthcare and social services. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills are required, along with a master's degree in a related field. The salary for this role is anticipated to range from $275,000 to $350,000, with a generous benefits package including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
