With an annual budget of $21.9M and a staff of 143, our client offers programs and services to individuals regardless of race or ethnicity. Our client is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and build on its 50-year legacy of serving South Los Angeles, focusing on unifying staff, balancing treatment services with program sustainability, and enhancing community partnerships.
The ideal candidate for the CEO position at our client will have a strong background in leadership, with the ability to operationalize core values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The CEO will be responsible for inspiring staff, preserving the mission of the organization, and maintaining strong relationships with federal, state, and private partners. The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from $200,000 to $240,000, with a generous benefits package included.
