Our client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and impact. Established in 1996, our client provides individuals with disabilities secure and well-paying jobs through outsourcing contracts with government and private sector partners. With nearly 400 employees across over 100 locations, our client offers a variety of services including janitorial, landscaping, warehouse operations, and more. The CEO will be responsible for continuing to build on our client's mission of promoting workforce inclusion for individuals with disabilities and expanding partnerships with government and commercial businesses.

The ideal candidate for the CEO position will be a forward-thinking leader who can leverage the strengths of our client's team to drive initiatives forward and enhance programs and services. Working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and external partners, the CEO will cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and motivation among employees. Key areas of growth potential for our client include expanding into IT services, exploring more commercial contracts, and considering merger and acquisition opportunities.
