Charlotte specializes in recruiting Non-Executive Directors, Board Chairs, CEOs, and senior leaders within the Industrial, Life Sciences, Consumer, and Services industries. She operates in Belgium, France, and the EMEA region, serving family businesses, public companies, and non-profit organizations with both local and international mandates. Beyond Executive Search, Charlotte supports Board governance by conducting Board effectiveness evaluations. She rejoined Eric Salmon & Partners in 2025, having previously worked in the Paris and Belgium offices from 2008 to 2019. In the interim, she gained experience at Ebbinge, specializing in Private Equity, and founded her own boutique firm, delivering personalized executive search services. During this period, she also collaborated with Korn Ferry in their CEO & Board Practice. Earlier in her career, Charlotte worked in European development consulting at Cowater International, managing international projects in multicultural environments. Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s in Law and a Master’s in Romance Philology from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL). She also earned an Executive MBA from Solvay Brussels School in 2018.
