The San Diego Workforce Partnership (SDWP) is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and direct the organization in facilitating effective relationships between the County and City governments, economic, education, and workforce partners across the San Diego region. The CEO will oversee an annual budget of $36.5M and lead a team of 150 employees, fostering a positive, inclusive organizational culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, ten plus years of experience in policy and program development, personnel management, organization analysis, and budget and finance management, as well as strong leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills.

The CEO will be responsible for the overall successful operation and fiscal integrity of SDWP through demonstrated ethical leadership and management, reporting to and working closely with the Workforce Development Board and San Diego Consortium Policy Board. The successful candidate will have a strong professional reputation, integrity, sound judgment, accountability, and respect for established ethical standards, as well as knowledge of San Diego community needs and ties with local workforce development stakeholders.
