arolin Fourie is a Managing Partner at Signium having joined the Executive Search Industry in 2001. Together with her experienced team in Munich she has successfully completed numerous national and international assignments and has covered a great variety of industries in the industrial sector building constructions / materials manufacturing machine and plant construction engineering and the technology sector telecommunications IT Additionally, CFO assignments are her functional area of expertise across all industries. Carolin has successfully placed top and mid-level executives across all functions to both SME and publicly listed organizations. She has been frequently asked to support various German headquartered companies to establish international structures as well as foreign organizations to grow in Germany. As Signium’s Global Industrial Practice Group Co-Leader, Carolin is orchestrating the group’s worldwide activities across the wide industrial sector. She is also passionate about leadership issues and she delivers Coaching to Executives. She graduated in Business Administration and has a degree as Systemic Business Coach (dvct). Prior to Carolin’s career with Signium she held senior positions in product management and contraction functions for several years for two leading tour operators in Germany and the U.S.. In her free time Carolin enjoys travelling and sports (kiteboarding, skiing, running), her second home South Africa and most importantly her family.
