Carol has more than 15 years of global experience in senior-level executive search. She focuses on clients in the life sciences/healthcare, industrial, consumer products, education and professional service areas with assignments ranging from R&D, to sales and marketing, business development, C-suite, operations, human resources and general management. Carol has a broad international network based on ten years’ living and working experience in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Prior to joining Diversified Search, Carol worked for A.T. Kearney in the Healthcare/Life Sciences practice. While there, she executed C-suite and Board level searches. Carol also played an active role in business development activities and execution of senior level searches for the Healthcare/Life Sciences, Education and Industrial practices. Carol began her search career at an international executive search firm in Zurich, Switzerland after completing her studies at the University of Wisconsin. Since then, she has executed senior executive and director assignments for multinational companies in Europe, Asia and the Americas. She has a broad international network and has also done specialized projects in biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
