Opportunity Details
The position involves monitoring and analyzing business performance, KPIs, and initiatives, supporting month-end close, and being responsible for restender cases financials. The role also includes supporting Homecare Management on business development and improvement plans, seeking out cost reduction opportunities, and ensuring compliance with finance and accounting regulatory frameworks. The candidate will also be the contact for internal and external audits, provide management reports, and advise on financial due diligence and new investments.
The ideal candidate will have a university/master's degree in Finance, 1-3 years of experience in multinational corporations or Big 4 in a FICO department, and expertise in controlling, financial, and accounting. Fluency in Spanish and English, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities are also required.
