Based in Frankfurt, Boris Jary leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ industrial activities in Germany, as well as its global automotive supplier business. In addition, he plays a pivotal role as one of the key drivers in our Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense Practice. Boris is a senior member of our Board & CEO Advisory Partners. He conducts high-level executive search assignments and leads leadership advisory projects for key clients, including large and medium-sized companies, ranging from publicly listed corporations to privately held and family enterprises. He also advises private equity clients on their portfolio companies and heads several major global client relationships. Boris has conducted numerous board and C-suite assignments for world-leading multinational enterprises, including projects involving highly sensitive succession planning in exceptionally complex environments. With more than 25 years of experience in executive search, Boris has successfully completed many international top-level searches across a wide spectrum of industries, especially in the industrial tech sector. Before joining Russell Reynolds, he held senior roles at another renowned international executive search firm. Earlier in his career, he served as an advisor with a major marketing strategy consultancy. Boris holds an MBA from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University and a BA in marketing communication from the Academy for Marketing & Communication in Frankfurt. He is fluent in German and English and has a working knowledge of French.
