We recently asked three search consultants and researchers who work for the firm 3P Consultants in India to tell us a little about how they use BlueSteps when seeking great candidates both in India and internationally.
What makes BlueSteps a great resource for you and your colleagues?
Anshika: BlueSteps is an excellent resource to advertise for leadership opportunities, as well as search for qualified executives on a global platform. The search process is user friendly and provides accurate results.
Mitchelle: The data is well structured which makes it easy to access, retrieve and therefore user friendly. It has an added benefit of further modifying a search string.

Lattania: The fact that it has compensation as an entry barrier helps eliminate junior profiles and ensures a certain level of seniority of candidates.
Anshika: BlueSteps also has a large pool of Indian nationals who are part of the database and this becomes imperative especially when we assist clients in identifying cross-border talent.

Mitchelle: I have extensively used BlueSteps for quite a few of our critical mandates and in many instances our final shortlists have emerged from the BlueSteps database. |
