Over the course of his career, Barry has used his passion for talent and organizational growth to develop new technology platforms. Previously, he was the group executive vice president at Parex Group, a private equity-backed global organization, where he developed value creations plans and led transformation efforts by accelerating the company’s portfolio, increasing global footprint, and delivering growth through M&A and effective integration. Before that, he was with Buhler AG, a food and advanced materials company, where he led global commercial growth strategy in emerging markets in the food and agriculture industries.
