The role involves winning and undertaking assignments, maximizing personal performance, and optimizing the client's proposition within the executive search and senior leadership recruitment space. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities by contributing to enhancing overall business performance, leveraging expertise, handling diverse challenges, influencing stakeholders, and addressing business requirements effectively. They should have a strong personal brand, knowledge, skills, and experience within the industry, as well as a strong network of contacts, clients, candidates, executives, and industry professionals.
Responsibilities include achieving commercial targets aligned with regional strategic objectives, championing DE+I and ESG agendas, focusing on customer experience, revenue generation, identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and incorporating insights on DEI processes and best practices. The successful applicant should have a proven track record of sustained commercial success in executive search and senior leadership recruitment, established market presence, exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong relationship building and influencing skills, high levels of commercial acumen, and the ability to stay abreast of market trends and competitive information.
