The client is seeking an Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Execution to join their team in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience and will be responsible for supporting the strategic objectives of the Global Medical Affairs function. This includes partnering with Global Medical Affairs Leaders and Strategy & Execution Leads to lead the operational aspects of the function in designated Therapeutic Areas/Products. Key responsibilities include developing an Integrated Evidence Generation Plan, providing input into product development, managing the Worldwide Medical Affairs Strategy Team, and executing funded medical strategies.
The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of a BA/BS degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 6 years of proven experience in a medical, clinical, or scientific environment. Strong project leadership and organizational skills are preferred, along with the ability to drive projects forward while maintaining focus on long-term strategy. Experience in budget and vendor management, as well as a global mindset with the ability to partner cross-culturally, is also desired. This position may require approximately 20% travel, both domestic and international, and is based in Raritan, NJ.
