The Marieb College of Health & Human Services (MCHHS) and the School of Nursing (SON) are seeking an Assistant Director to support the Director of the SON in implementing the school's vision, mission, strategic plan, and core values. The Assistant Director will be a key member of the School of Nursing Administrative Team and will play a crucial role in the college's projected growth, including the planning of a new academic building and a focus on interprofessional education and emerging technology. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment, with strong strategic thinking capabilities to manage the school's logistics and facilitate mentorship and collaboration.
The Assistant Director will report directly to Dr. Brenda Hage, Director of the FGCU SON & Southwest Florida Endowed Chair, and will be responsible for providing leadership support in the implementation of the school's goals. The client is looking for a motivated individual who can help drive the rapid expansion of the school over the next few years. The new Assistant Director must be forward-thinking and able to proactively cultivate an environment that encourages mentorship and collaboration across the school, college, and university.
