He served as the Chairman and Partner-in-Charge of Heidrick & Struggles India, as well as the Regional Managing Partner for Southeast Asia and later as Regional Managing Partner – Asia Pacific & Middle East in the firm’s Industrial Practice, during a distinguished 23-year career. Leveraging his deep expertise, Arun advises Global and Indian conglomerates on critical leadership challenges and helps recruit top executive talent for their businesses. He has contributed to articles on leadership advisory and talent management in leading business publications across the region. Arun has a post graduate degree in psychology and is based in Bengaluru.
