Anthony Armstrong's strengths lie in board and CEO succession, with a particular focus on consumer-facing companies. He has worked with leading Australian and New Zealand ASX and NZX companies, as well as private equity and multinational companies. He works with boards to identify, assess, and develop outstanding directors and executives, with a particular focus on adding diversity to leadership. Anthony has held several leadership roles with Russell Reynolds Associates, including joint Leader of the Global Consumer Sector, and Country Manager for Russell Reynolds Associates in Australia. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Anthony was Executive Director of the Photon Group (now Enero Ltd), a marketing services company that he led from inception to IPO. During this time, Anthony started several supporting companies, as well as acquired businesses across the marketing spectrum. Earlier in his career, Anthony was Managing Director at J. Walter Thompson Co., where he ran operations in Australia and Hong Kong. Anthony received his Bachelor of Economics (Bec) from the University of Sydney and his Master of Commerce (MCom) from the University of New South Wales.
